Joshila Hari

Joshila Hari is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at WHC. In her role, she provides executive oversight of WHC's financial operations, ensuring financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, effective resource management, and sound corporate governance.

Joshila brings more than 20 years of post-qualification financial leadership experience, including over 13 years in executive management. A Chartered Accountant of South Africa (CA(SA)) and a University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) alumna, she has extensive expertise in financial strategy, governance, risk management, global compliance (IFRS, King IV), and organisational sustainability.

Her distinguished track record includes directing multi-geography finance operations, securing multiple clean donor audits (including PEPFAR and Global Fund), and leading digital transformation initiatives that delivered significant system efficiency gains and cost savings.
