Christine Grobler

Christine Grobler is the Chief Human Resources Officer at WHC, where she leads Human Resource Management, Training, and Communications across the organisation. With a strong foundation in labour law and employment relations, Christine brings extensive experience in strategic HR leadership, compliance, and operational excellence.

Before joining WHC, Christine held senior roles at Incredible Connection, JD Group, and Ellerines Holdings, specialising in industrial relations and human resources. Earlier in her career, she served in various human resources capacities within public service departments, further deepening her expertise in people management and organisational development.

Christine holds a Master’s degree in Labour Law and Employment Relations, and is known for her commitment to building efficient, people-centred systems that support WHC’s research and donor-funded initiatives. Her leadership continues to strengthen WHC’s ability to deliver high-impact health research through robust HR practices and strategic workforce development.
