Jéan du Randt CA(SA) is the Chief Executive Officer(CEO) and Executive Director of WHC. In his role he provides overall strategic and operational leadership for the organisation. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and a Bachelor of Accounting Honours degree from the University of Johannesburg, completed his articles with Deloitte & Touche, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) in 2012.

Throughout his career, he has held a number of senior leadership positions within WHC, contributing significantly to the organisation's financial sustainability, operational excellence, governance framework, and strategic growth.
